PURPOSE:To suitably drive a horizontal output transistor by detecting the input current of a flyback transformer and controlling the source voltage of a driving transistor or the duty ratio of the driving signal of the driving transistor. CONSTITUTION:A current detecting circuit 12 detects the current of the primary winding 9a of the flyback transformer 9. The current detecting voltage 18 of this current detecting circuit 12 is inputted to a feedback control part 16. The feedback control part 16 compares the minimum or the maximum current of the collector current of the horizontal output transistor 4 with the inputted current detecting voltage 18 to control a series regulator 15 so as to make the current of the primary winding of the flyback transistor 9 minimum or maximum, apply the output voltage 21 to the voltage of a power source 1 and change the input energy of the horizontal transistor 4. |
