PURPOSE:To prepare a health food capable of improving the metabolism and maintaining the refreshing physical condition, by purcerizing freeze-dried vinegared soybeans, and incorporating a specific amount of flour consisting of an aloe essentially and further cabbage, green peas or sweet corn, etc. to the resultant soybean flour. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans are vinegared, fully softened, taken out and roughly crushed. The crushed soybeans are then frozen, vacuum dried, and pulverized to give a flour. 10% or less dried flour consisting of an aloe essentially and further a cabbage, green peas or sweet corn, etc. is incorporated with the resultant flour. For example, 100pts. soybean flour is incorporated with 3pts. flour of Aloe arborescens Mill., 1pts. flour a cabbage, 1pts. flour of green peas and 1pts. flour of sweet corn. Starch as a shaping material may be mixed therewith and formed into granules. |
