PURPOSE: To stabilize a working precision by reflecting a laser beam from an angle select mirror arranging a first focus on an oval curve with one reflecting mirror among plural arranged mirrors on oval curve and irradiating a workpiece on a second focus. CONSTITUTION: A focus of a laser beam 23 is positioned on a working face, the beam 23, which passes a focusing lens 22 to effectively control a spot size of the laser beam 23, is reflected to a high reflective angle select mirror 26. The laser beam 23 reflected with the angle select mirror 26 is reflected with one selected from plural reflection mirrors 28, 30, 32 on an oval curve and irradiates on a workpiece 33 at a prescribed incident angle. In this case, a laser beam path length from the angle select mirror to the workpiece 33 is always kept constant. By this method, when an incident angle of the laser beam is changed, the reliability of a heating pattern of a workpiece is secured to a fixed value, laser beam soldering is stably and reliably conducted. |
