PURPOSE:To prevent scumming from occurring at the time of transferring heat at a high speed and to clearly print on a sheet to be transferred with low surface smoothness by forming a transfer film made of a heat fusible ink layer and a surface layer on one side face of a base film, and forming the surface layer of a mixture of hydrophobic wax and hydrophilic wax. CONSTITUTION:A heat fusible ink layer is provided on one side surface of a base film, and a surface layer made of a mixture of hydrophobic wax and hydrophilic wax is further formed thereon. In order to form the surface layer, aqueous dispersion containing hydrophobic wax and hydrophilic wax is used. The hydrophobic wax preferably includes carnauba wax having high hydrophobic property, while the hydrophilic wax preferably includes microwax oxide. The using ratio of the hydrophobic wax and the hydrophilic wax is preferably 100:5 to 300wt. The wettability of the aqueous medium containing the mixture to the heat fusible ink layer of wax aqueous dispersion can be improved by using water or water and aqueous soluble organic solvent. |
