PURPOSE:To prevent foul odor by dehumidifying offensive smell produced by wet-processing of a silver halide photography sensitive material and then oxidizing the materials of the offensive smell to transform into non-offensive and harmless materials, and discharging it separately or with cleaned air to outside of the processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A silver halide photography sensitive material is wet-processed by a processing apparatus 3, and after offensive odor produced from a dye bleaching tub 12 is led to a dehumidifier 24 through hood 18 and dehumidified, materials of the offensive odor are oxidized and converted into non-offensive harmless materials in an O3 generating part 23. Un-reacted O3 and offensive odor materials are made harmless in the catalyst filter part 22 and discharged from a discharge duct 27 by a fan 21. |
