PURPOSE:To prevent material to be machined from being damaged by interfering with a flat plate, etc., by misoperation of a coordinate input key, by fixing the distance of a laser beam torch with respect to the machining surface of the material to be machined or the position and distance of the laser beam torch by an interlocking means at the time of teaching. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate input and the position control input or the position control input with respect to a Z axis are once executed. Afterward, when teaching work of a machining line indicated on the flat plate is performed, the movement in the Z axial direction of a wrist 15 to support the laser beam torch or the turning movement around the X, Y and axis of the laser beam torch and the movement in the central axial direction of the laser beam torch are made impossible by the interlocking means. As a result, even if the coordinate input and the position control input with respect to the respective axes are executed in error, since these are not operated, the possibility that a machining tool T, etc., hit on, or interfere with the material to be machined being damaged can be prevented. |
