PURPOSE:To obtain a surface-treated steel plate having a high antirust property, wherein migration of rust is eliminated, by applying a biaxially stretched film of titanium dioxide compounded polyethylene terephthalate to the surface of a surface treated steel plate through an epoxy-phenol primer. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially stretched film of polyethylene terephthalate having a thickness of 5-200mum, into which 1-50wt.% of anatase type titanium dioxide is mixed, is applied to at least one of the surfaces of a surface-treated steel plate (e.g., electrolytic chromic-acid treated steel plate) with a thickness of 0.15-0.50mm through an epoxy-phenol primer. The laminated steel plate thus obtained is used, as a constituent material for a container, to form an aerosol container and its top and bottom covers. As a result, antirust property is improved and migration of rust can be avoided. |
