摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the sheet thickness accuracy and to surely keep stable sheet passage by correcting a previously set roll gap, a roll peripheral speed, and a roll bending force values for a downstream side stand based on the initial data of a rolled stock. CONSTITUTION:A signal outputted from a thickness gage 24 is inputted to an arithmetic unit II 22 and the unit II 22 compares an estimation rolling load calculated by an arithmetic unit I 14 with an actual rolling load measured by a load cell 20 and calculates a deviation from a predicted value of deformation resistance. A signal to a correction value of a roll gap set value is sent from the unit II 22 to draft control mechanisms 16F, 16G to correct a roll gap. A signal for a roll peripheral speed correction value is sent from the unit II 22 to work roll speed control mechanisms 18E, 18F, 18G to correct a peripheral speed and to correct a sheet thickness. Further, a correction signal for a roll bending force set value is sent from the unit II 22 to roll bending force control mechanisms 19E, 19F, 19G to correct a roll bending force to obtain the required sheet crown.</p>
