PURPOSE:To remove the state of aggregation of raw material powder and to contrive acceleration of alignment of powder grains in the direction of the axis of easy magnetization by a method wherein the vibrating body of non- magnetic material is entered into the raw material powder supplied to the space for molding, and vibration is given to the raw material powder through the intermediary of the vibrating body. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed quantity of raw material powder 13 is supplied into the space 2 for molding of a molding metal mold, then a DC current is supplied to a coil 6, and a magnetic field, which is crossing the molding space 2 from left to right, is allowed to work. Then, after a vibration giving means 7 has been positioned directly above the molding space 2, a vibration generating device 11 is lowered in the state wherein a vibration generating device 11 is in working state, a rod-like body 12 is moved into a raw material powder 13, the vibration corresponding to the vibration generating device 11 is given to the raw material powder 13 through the intermediary of the rod-like body 12. As a result, the aggregated state of the raw material powder 13 is removed, and the direction of the axis of easy magnetization of the respective powder grains 13 can be aligned in the direction where a magnetic field works. |
