PURPOSE:To execute optimum photographing even if a user is not aware thereof particularly by detecting a fact that a camera is moving such as tilting, panning, a camera shake, photographing from a vehicle, etc., and obtaining a stereoscopic video signal by combining right and left images which have been photographed at the same time thereby. CONSTITUTION:When photographing is executed, while moving a camera, a switching signal (k) is outputted from a camera movement detecting circuit 18. A right eye use video signal (e) is delayed by one field period by a one-field period delaying circuit 15, and becomes a right eye use video signal (f) which has been delayed by one field period. Subsequently, as for its right eye use video signal (e) and the right eye use video signal (f) which has been delayed by one field period, a right eye use video signal (i) is outputted by switching by a switching signal (k) of a switching contact 16c of a changeover switch 16. The right eye use video signal (i) is applied to a fixed contact 17a of a changeover switch 17, and a left eye use video signal (g) is applied to a fixed contact 17b of a changeover switch 17. These right eye use video signal (i) and the left eye use video signal (g) are outputted alternately in synchronism with a field signal (h), thereforem a stereoscopic video signal (j) is obtained. |
