PURPOSE: To reduce the background by employing an aqueous solution buffered to pH 5-9 and containing lower alcohol sulfate anions of 6-10C and alkali metal or ammonium ions as a cleaning liquid. CONSTITUTION: A nylon microporous membrane covered with a fluorinated surfactant is fixed into a test well and beads containing a covalent bond polyclonal antibody for streptococcus A antigen are added. The well is then added with an antigen extraction liquid, a polyclonal anti-streptococcus A antibody (bonded to horseradish peroxidase), a succinyl casein and a buffer before being fed out. It is then added with decyl sodium sulfate in sodium phosphate buffer and fed out. Finally, it is added with a leuco dye solution and the coloring is measured. According to the method, background can be lowered in immunological distribution. |
