The system is comprised of two rows of elastic contacts (1). Their upper ends (2) are coated by copper and tin for connection of cable (7) conductors of controlling measuring instruments. Two supports (11) are screwed (10) to contact holder (3) for setting a drive mechanism positioned between two rows of contacts (1) at their lower end ends, and two movable dielectric plates (14) with recesses (17) for fixing elements (1b), which set the contact system against the integrated circuit contacts. - The fixing elements (16) are elastic rods positioned along edges of each row of contacts (1) and in plane parallel to plane of positioned rows of contacts (1), while recesses (17) are made in plates (14) for fixing elements (16). The rotated shaft (12) is used to transmit force via dielectric plates (14) on two row of contacts (1).
