<p>PURPOSE:To obtain soft and pleasant facial feelings, by a method wherein a main body foam is formed by casting a foamable mixture into a skin material comprised of face cloth, a slab foam and a shielding film, which is formed into an external form corresponding to an outline of a desirous final product. CONSTITUTION:A three-layer laminated skin material, which is obtained by joining a shielding film 15 provided with a fine vent hole to the inside of face cloth 11 through a slab foam 13 as a backing vent layer, is formed into an outline of an external form of a final product (arm rest) through sewing or welder processing. Then a foamable mixture is cast into the same under a liquid or creamy state, foamed, expanded to form a main body foam. The main body foam 18 is formed by a method wherein the face cloth 11 of the formed skin material is pierced appropriately by an injector/ nozzle through the outside, and a fixed quantity of a foamable mixture, for example, a reactive polyurethane stock solution, is cast into an inner space of a skin material for foaming and expansion. The obtained skin material with the shielding film prevent the inside of the backing slab foam layer from impregnating with the main body foam for cure and discomfort or a feeling of physical disorder in facial feeling can be eliminated.</p> |
