PURPOSE:To simultaneously mold a spiral slot at a prescribed angle on a resin molded body by a method wherein a side core is formed by dividing into a plurality of bodies along a longitudinal direction of the spiral slot and the split side cores each of which are moved and slided in a fixed direction. CONSTITUTION:A side core 6 is formed by dividing into a plurality of bodies along a longitudinal direction of a spiral slot 5 and respective split side cores 61, 62 each of which are arranged so as to move and slide in a fixed direction which is not implicated in an undercut constituted in a spiral slot 5 part. The side core 6 is fitted into a cavity 2 constituted by fitting a core 4 in a resin molding metal mold 3 by moving the side core 6 forward and the inside of the cavity is filled with a molten resin material. Since the molten resin material filling the cavity 2 is solidified and molded by corresponding to a form of the cavity 2 after the lapse of a fixed period of time, the respective split side cores 61, 62 each moved backward and a resin molded product B is taken out through the cavity 2. With this construction, the spiral slot 5 at a desired angle can be molded into the resin molded body B. |
