PURPOSE:To drill a printed circuit board on a base to be shifted to both X and Y directions on a basis of a N/C tape, by storing a large number of drilling positions in memory respectively, while making the storage reproducible, in case of a single-spindle N/C drilling machine. CONSTITUTION:An absolute quantity in both X and Y directions of the position to be drilled by a simple operation is stored in memory into each, for example, a RAM (C-MOS) memory capable of a battery backup in regular sequence, and in time of reproducing, that is, when drilling takes place on a printed circuit board, a relative quantity is calculated from the absolute quantity of these stored X and Y directions whereby all the operation to drill the position in a way of each movement is controlled by a control circuit. |
