PURPOSE:To prevent cut pieces of bags from mixing with the content of the bags even when out pieces of bags are produced at the time of bag opening, by moving a bag opening on a shooter after thoroughly removing the cut pieces. CONSTITUTION:A filled bag 1 is kept standing by holding the bag with a first holding plate 21 of a holding equipment 2 and a second holding plate 22 which is advanced toward the first holding plate by a cylinder 24. The upper end of the bag is held by a clamp by lowering a cylinder 31, and the upper part of the bag is relaxed by lowering the cylinder 31 further. A vibration adding table 4 is made to operate, a powdery and granular material 11 in the bag 1 is made to move downward. Then by a cylinder 25, a third holding place 23 is made to advance and is pressed under a bag opening attaching part. A cutter 5 is made to rotate to start cutting, and at the same time, the cylinder 31 is moved to remove the bag opening attaching part. In the meantime, a waste collecting nozzle 6 is made to run along the bag opening, and wastes are completely removed when produced. Thus the cut pieces of bags are prevented from mixing with the contents. |
