PURPOSE:To improve comfortableness by securing a trim adjusting board dismountably through a bolt and fixing it to the bottom board of a boat with a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION:A planar trim adjusting board 8 is secured dismountably through bolts 89, 81 to the underside of a recess 12 formed at the rear end section of a bottom board 11 of boat at the opposite sides of front end rear ends. An angle adjusting member 80 for the trim adjusting board is constructed with a cylindrical member, where a shaft section 87 is formed at one side of a flange section 84 while a hexagonal head section 83 is formed at the other side. The adjusting member 80 in which the head section 83 is cut at a part shifted from the center of rotation 85 and a through-hole is made therein is coupled with the adjusting board through a screw, and the angle of the adjusting board 8 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of screwing. |
