PURPOSE:To freely vary the rotating speed of a rotor by short-circuiting a plurality of conductors through a resistance material between rotor cores not facing a stator. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 35 is operated to rotate first and second stators 24, 25 of a voltage phase shifter 38 thereby to regulate the voltage induced in a rotor 8, thereby steplessly control the speed of the rotor 8. A plurality of conductors 5 are short-circuited through resistance materials (r) in a rotor core 9 in which the stators 24 and 25 do not face, and windings 22, 23 wound on the stators 24, 25 are connected in parallel. |
