PURPOSE:To adsorption-transport a work correctly and in stable ways by reducing the variation of the suction force for the work by installing a communication means for the communication of the intake holes in an oblique intake hole row onto a multihole plate. CONSTITUTION:As for the vane holes 20 on the both transport belt conveyors 16 and 18, a part of each communication hole 20 closed by a work C is always superposed with a part of the communication grooves 23 on the multihole plates 21a and 22a, and the both communicate with each other, in the area of the both transport surfaces 17 and 19 which corresponds to the area of the work. The C is sucked by both suction boxes 21 and 22 through an intake hole 24, communication groove 23, and the vent hole 20, and horizontally transported in the sucked state onto the transport surfaces 17 and 19. Further, even if the transport surfaces of the transport belt conveyors 16 and 18 meander or travel aslant and the advance position of the vent hole 20 shifts, the intake holes 24 in an oblique intake hole row 54 which is aslantly arranged are allowed to communicate with each other through the communication groove 23, and a prescribed suction force is always secured. |
