PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of components integral with the vessel by a structure wherein an intermediate heat-exchanger comprises a pipe bundle having upper part coupled with an upper pipe plate, and a cylindrical casing disposed around the pipe bundle vertically thereto. CONSTITUTION: The wall 12 of an intermediate heat-exchanger is provided with an upper opening 22 under a pipe plate 15 and a lower opening 23 above a lower pipe plate 16. The pipe plates 15, 16 are formed annularly and the central parts thereof constitute a distributor for exchanging liquid metal in the pipe bundle 13. High temperature primary sodium in a collector 18 is fed through the upper opening 22 constituting an inlet window into the intermediate heat-exchanger and circulated downward while touching the outer surface of pipe in the pipe bundle 13 and then fed through the window 23 into a low temperature collector 19. Circulation of primary sodium in the heat-exchanger is ensured by the pressure difference between high temperature and low temperature collectors.
