PURPOSE:To enable tap control to be efficiently executed, by switching the tap control of an arc-suppressing coil in the direction equal to the impedance of a grounding electrostatic capacity, when the means of a distribution line is changed. CONSTITUTION:From a control circuit 19, the output of switch making command 20 is directed to a zero-phase voltage generating circuit 21, and zero-phase voltage is generated, and the input of comparison output 17, 18 from a comparator 16 is provided. When the output of the comparison output 17 is generated, then it is judged that the impedance of an arc-suppressing coil is judged less than the impedance of a grounding electrostatic capacity, and to a switch 23, the output of control output 22 is directed so that the impedance of the arc- suppressing coil 24 may be made greater. When the output of the comparison output 18 is generated, then it is judged that the impedance of the arc- suppressing coil is greater than the impedance of the grounding electrostatic capacity, and to the switch 23, the output of the control output 22 is directed so that the impedance of the arc-suppressing coil 24 may be made less. |
