<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly slide a base plate with a simple structure by deforming widthwise elastically rail parts formed on a base plate and a deck plate and holding guide rollers elastically. CONSTITUTION:Rail parts 21 are provided at both the edges of a deck plate 20 oppositely to laid-V-shaped rail parts 10 formed at both the edges of a base plate 1. Plural guide rollers 23 are built in hollow parts formed by the rail parts 10 and 21 and further, guide plates to obstruct the movement of the rollers 23 are provided. The rail parts 10 and 21 are so formed that they can be elastically deformed widthwise and formed a little narrowly so as to hold the rollers elastically. By pressing the rail parts elastically through the rollers like this, the base plate is slide smoothly with the simple structure and the title mechanism is easily manufactured.</p> |
