The component (13) which holds the bracket can be moved within a slot (12) in a runner (10) and locked in position in notches at the upper and lower ends of the runner. The upper notch is formed by a bend pointing towards the top (14) of the slot (12) in the runner (10). Component (13) is held in the higher position by a spring (22). Two transmission elements (18,19) which can be stressed in traction and in compression are fastened to component (13), one (18) to move it upwards and the other (19) to move it downwards. ADVANTAGE - Can be activated from a distance, with greater ease than existing models.
