A wood fired, gas or electric oven for making pizzas continuously, manually, or automatically has a rectangular hearth with one or more openings allowing long pizzas to be cooked. The oven is pref. associated with a dough maker, rollers shaping and trimming the dough, a reinforced wooden paddle, and a wooden paddle protected by a metal plate for the removal of cooked pizzas. ADVANTAGE - Pizzas of any desired length can be cooked.
