Process for the distillation of a liquid mixture and for simultaneous concentration of a liquid product, in which the liquid mixture is distilled by a sufficient input of calories to reach the temperature T permitting the distillation, and the liquid product is subjected to an evaporation to obtain a concentrate, the calories needed for the distillation being withdrawn from the evaporation cycle. This process is characterised in that at least one heat transfer liquid is decompressed and then all or part of the vapour produced by this decompression is compressed to bring it to the temperature T before it is transferred to the distillation cycle, where it is used as a source of calories. |
