PURPOSE:To easily prepare grilled chicken having mellow taste and containing seasoning impregnated to the core part, at a low cost, by dividing a whole body of slaughtered chicken into two leaving the skin of the belly part, removing the guts, seasoning with a seasoning, restoring to the original shape of whole body of slaughtered chicken, bonding the outer circumference and grilling the chicken. CONSTITUTION:A whole body of slaughtered chicken 1 is divided into two leaving a part or total of the skin 2 of the belly part, the guts are removed, the meat is seasoned and restored to the original shape of the whole body of slaughtered chicken, the outer circumference is bound with a string 5 and the chicken is grilled to obtain the objective grilled chicken. |
