PURPOSE:To revolve an injection unit with power by providing a revolving drive wheel, a rail for revolution and a motor for revolution between an extruder base and an injection unit. CONSTITUTION:A clamping unit 3 is fixed to a main body machine frame 2, and that injection unit 4 is mounted on an extruder base 7 moving forward and backward on a rail 5 installed on a machine frame 2 by means of wheels 6. The injection unit 4 can revolve horizontally by a pivot shaft 8 as the center mounted at the rear section of a base 7. The front section of the base 7 is connected with the main body machine frame 2 on the clamping unit 3 side by a nozzle touch mechanism 9, and the injection unit 4 can be moved forward and backward by the action of the mechanism 9, while a revolving drive wheel 10 is supported with a shaft 11 in the center of the front section of the extruder base 7, and a motor 12 for revolution is communicated and connected with said shaft 11, while the outer periphery of the revolving drive wheel 10 is in contact with a rail 13 for revolution. The revolving drive wheel 10 is driven by the motor 12 for revolution by said arrangement to revolve the injection unit 4. |
