PURPOSE:To shut out magnetism by forming a YBa2Cu3O7-delta superconducting ceramic between copper thin plates by holding powder, which is yielded by mixing and calcining ittrium oxide Y2O3, etc., in a desired molar ratio, between the copper thin plates, which surfaces are oxidized, and sintering them. CONSTITUTION:Powder, which is yielded by mixing and calcining powders of Y2O3 or La2O3 and BaCO3 in a molar ratio corresponding to a superconducting ceramics to be used, is held between two copper thin plates 6, one surfaces of which are oxidized. The resulting structure is fired and calcined powder held between copper oxide layers 7 is sintered. Hereby, diffusion is produced between the calcined powder and the copper oxide layer 7 surface to form a superconductor, e.g., YBa2Cu3O7-delta. In this occasion, the amount of the calcined raw powder and the thickness of the copper oxide film are adjusted such that a ratio of Y, Ba, and Cu is 1:2:3 for example. Hereby, magnetism is shut out. |
