MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT OF LAMINATED CERAMIC

PURPOSE:To eliminate the unevenness of an electrode burying ceramic green sheet without damaging the surfaces of the electrodes and ceramic green sheet by a method wherein ceramic slurry is applied to a carrier on which the dried electrodes are formed and dried by the application of wind. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic slurry whose composition contains thermoplastic resin with a content after drying not less than 10wt.% and not higher than 40wt.% is applied to a carrier 21 on which dried electrodes 25 are formed. Wind is applied to the surface of the slurry from the direction 27 not vertical to the surface to dry the slurry so as not to leave the unevenness produced by the electrodes 25 on the surface of the slurry and an electrode burying ceramic green sheet is produced. After the electrode burying ceramic green sheet is bonded to the other ceramic green sheet 28 by thermocompression bonding without being removed from the carrier 21, the carrier 21 only is removed to replicate the electrode burying ceramic green sheet to the other ceramic green sheet 28.
