PURPOSE:To reduce the wt. and improve the processability of the title damper, by reacting two specified polyols with an org. polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A polyol (A) having an average hydroxyl value of 150-240 is obtd. by compounding a high-MW polyol (a) having a hydroxyl value of 100-300 (e.g., a polyol having a hydroxyl value of 123 obtd. by adding propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to propylene glycol) and a low-MW polyol (b) having a hydroxyl value of 650 or larger (e.g., ethylene glycol). The component A and an org. polyisocyanate (B) having an NCO index of 90-110 are reacted in the presence of a catalyst and, if necessary, a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent, an auxiliary etc. to obtain a vibration damper. |
