A watertight tank, mounted on wheels, contains a quantity of water in which is placed a network of heating elements connected to a board mounted on the outside of the case. The board is connected to the mains and contains a fan speed control, a thermostat, a voltmeter and an on-off switch. Blocks or carbonm di:oxide ice are placed inside the tank on a mobile platform which can be lowered into the water. Air is drawn in by a fan and is expelled through three tubes each controlled by a valve. The amount of fog depends on the speed of the fan. The tubes can be positioned so as to emit fog in different locations and in different amounts. ADVANTAGE - Mobile, controlled emissions.
