<p>A hearing aid uses as an energy source the temperature difference between the inside of the human ear and the ear conch by means of a battery composed of thermic semiconductor elements (2) arranged on the outer surface of the device, the shape and size of which are adapted to fit inside the human ear. Excitation (self-excitation) is prevented by a phase delayer integrated in the integrated circuit of the amplifier (3). The extent of the amplification can be regulated by means of a potentiometer (8) or can be set at a fixed value by means of the amplifier circuit (3).</p> |
