<p>In a process for producing a specifically bindable protein substance bound to an insoluble carrier material, which is particularly suitable for use in a method of heterogeneous analysis based on the immunoassay principle, a first polymerizate (I) with a molecular weight greater than approximately 20 000 and having a plurality of partners P1 of a specific binding pair is bound to an insoluble carrier material and crosslinked, by the specific binding of P1 with P2, with a second polymerizate (II) which contains or consists of a plurality of the other partners P2 of the specific binding pair. The polymerizate (II) has binding sites for both P1 and a complex to be immunologically detected.</p> |
