PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a laminated sheet stable in electric characteristics without requiring skill in manufacturing by providing an adhesive resin and a metal foil to a stretched porous tetrafluoroethylene resin before performing compression molding. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin layers 3, 3 as adhesive resin layers and copper foils 4, 4 are provided to both surfaces of a stretched porous tetrafluoroethylene resin (E-PTFE) sheet 2 and the whole is subjected to compression molding under predetermined pressure to constitute a laminated sheet. The epoxy resin layers 3 are penetrated in the fine pores of the E-PTFE sheet to be integrated with said sheet and the E-PTFE sheet 2 obtains sufficient density along with the copper foils 4, 4 through the epoxy resin layers 3, 3. By this method, a surface treatment process becomes unnecessary and the laminated sheet can be prepared efficiently and continuously. |
