PURPOSE:To wind a wire without providing a relay terminal by winding a continuous lead wire on one half-core then winding it on the other half-core in the opposite direction with variable return pitches so that each coil return line is positioned at almost the same place. CONSTITUTION:Coils La, Lb are wound on half-cores 1A, 1B constituting a cylindrical core 1 with a truncated cone shape in opposite directions each other. In this case, a continuous lead wire is wound on the half-core 1A to form the coil La, then it is wound on the half-core 1B without being cut to form the coil Lb. The rotating relationship between the turn table and flyer for the coils La, Lb, and during a return, a small angle return (angle thetaO) and normal return (angle thetaR) are used for the positive direction winding, and a small angle return (angle thetaO), large angle return (angle thetaR+thetaalpha) and further medium angle return (angle thetaR-thetaalpha) are used for the reverse direction winding. Accordingly, a toroidal coil of the deflection york can be obtained without providing a relay terminal. |
