发明名称 METHOD FOR FORMING OXIDE HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To readily obtain the subject film excellent in stability and homogeneity of composition with high efficiency at a low cost, by introducing oxide high-temperature superconducting material powder into a combustion flame of an oxidizing atmosphere and flying the resultant melt onto a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A combustion flame 3 obtained by burning a mixed gas of oxygen-fuel gas 6 in a neutral state or excess of O2 is jetted from a nozzle part 2 of a flame spraying torch 1 in a gas flame spraying device and oxide superconducting material powder 4 having <=100mu particle diameter is simultaneously fed through a powder feeding gas 5 at about 10-20g/min flow rate. O2 or air jet streams 9 are simultaneously jetted so as to surround the periphery of the combustion flame 3 to provide an oxidizing atmosphere. The resultant melt of the above-mentioned powder 4 is then flown to form the subject film on a substrate 7.
