PURPOSE:To improve welding workability by fixing a couple of works from between the couple of works to weld the couple of works at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The couple of front wheel houses W1 and W1 are set on a setting jig on a truck 1 at a setting station S1. The truck 1 is moved and carried in a station S2 and the house W1 whose tack-welding and additional welding are finished at the station S2 is once lifted above by a lifting device. During this time, the truck 1 returns to the left and a new house W1 is set on the setting jig on the truck 1 of the left side. During this time, the house W1 which is lifted above and whose tack-welding and additional welding are finished is again set on the setting jig on the truck 1 of the right side by falling of the lifting device. The truck 1 is moved to the right and a house W1 set newly on the setting jig of the left side is carried in the station S2 and the house W1 set on the jig of the right side is carried and welded to a bulkhead W2 and a board W3 by integrated welding equipment. |
