In the gas turbine with coaldust to be combusted directly in a combustion chamber and a radial turbine, the rotor housing (6) is surrounded with a bead-shaped annular duct (7), into which, via a water inlet line (8) opening tangentially into it, water flows, which brakes the ash particles entering the space in front of the turbine rotor (1) at a great speed with the fuel gas, takes them along with it in an outer layer and carries it off from the rotor housing (6) through a water outlet line (9). The water proportion in the inner layers of the annular duct (7) rotates therein. Situated in a water circuit between the water outlet line (9) and the water inlet line (8) are a pump and means for filtering out the ash proportion in the water and for its cooling as well as for replacing the water quantity which evaporates in the turbine. <IMAGE>
