Known fastening clamps for fixing components on a vehicle body have a clamping bow for plugging on to a sheet-metal flange as well as U-shaped receiving means, arranged on said clamping bow, for fixing components. Receiving means for the simultaneous fastening of cladding parts are not provided. The novel fastening clamp is designed for the simultaneous fastening of various types of components, in particular cables, hydraulic lines and cladding parts. For this purpose, the invention provides that the fork tines (7', 7''), on which the bulged portions (5, 6) are bent in, are arranged on a clamping bow (2).
