A prefabricated, transportable wall has a self-supporting reinforced concrete slab 8, the front side of which is usually provided with ceramic tiles 6, 6', 6'' separated from one another by joints. A coupling agent bridge 10 may be applied between the ceramic tiles and the concrete slab. In order to avoid convex bulging of the wall during the drying or setting process of the concrete, the rear side of the concrete slab 8 is provided with a waterproof sheet or with a waterproof film 12, applied while the concrete is moist and resting right against the concrete surface. <IMAGE>
