PURPOSE:To reduce the holding mechanisms of each optical part and also to improve the positional accuracy by integrally forming the package of a sensor lens and an optical detector. CONSTITUTION:The package 9 of an optical detector 7 equipped with the box body part 1 holding each optical part, a semiconductor laser 2, beam splitter 3, objective lens 4 and optical record carrier 5, and formed integrally with a sensor lens 10 is provided. This package 9 has a cavity 11 at the inner part but is possible by providing a slide on a forming die. The holding mechanisms of each optical part for the box body part can be reduced, the structure can be simplified and the positional accuracy of the sensor lens and optical detector can be improved. |
