发明名称 MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily prepare a magnetic field generating source for forming a magnetostatic field and to easily correct the uniformity of the magnetostatic field, by mounting a split type superconductor coil structure and receiving each of superconductor coils in each of exclusive cooling containers. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with a split type superconductor coil structure 7 as a magnetic field generating source. The split type superconductor coil structure 7 is constituted by using four coil single bodies 8 each having a superconductor coil 2 received therein in a cooling container 1 wherein a liquid nitrogen chamber 4 is provided in a vacuum container 5. The coil single bodies 8 are mounted to a magnetic shield yoke 9, which is brought to a cylindrical housing structure by a magnetic material such as pure iron by fastening/fixing metal fittings 10 and connection members 11 so as to leave intervals therebetween. Since the cooling container 1 in four coil single bodies 8 also receives small-sized superconductor coils 2, said container 1 may be small and, therefore, the installation condition of the cooling container for securing the superconductive state of the superconductor coils is relaxed.
