In the case of a wobble plate for electric hand tools, in particular angle grinders or drilling machines, it is proposed to effect the connection between the apparatus adaptor and the rubber plate via a ball-joint connection, in which case a transverse pin is provided for radial entrainment, said pin being guided at least at one point in a radial elongated hole extending in the axial direction. The ball joint is forced apart simultaneously via a separate prestressing compression spring and centred such that apparatus adaptor with ball receptacle, ball joint with ball-joint pin and rubber plate fixed to the latter via a base part are always aligned rectilinearly relative to one another in the manner of a self-stabilisation against unbalances.
