INFRARED EMISSION MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance, strength at elevated temperature and thermal shock property and enable the prevention of peeling under use by constituting the far infrared emission material utilizing combusting gas with a shape retention material of SiC, Si and clay. CONSTITUTION:The parts which emit infrared light by heating with combusting gas is composed of 5-95wt.% of SiC, 5-50wt.% of Si and oxide such as clay. This infrared light emission material shows 0.9 of spectral emissivity over a wide range of wavelength and a wide range of desired temperature can be met by controlling the amount of SiC.
