发明名称 Heating boiler with a stepped flame-deflecting pot
摘要 Heating boilers are known in which a flame-deflecting pot deflects the flue gases so that they subsequently flow in small channels between ribs on the inside of the water jacket to the waste-gas collector. In this arrangement, various flow conditions are set up in the channels. More uniform flow conditions are to be obtainable by means of a sloping pot bottom, which results in a different length of the channels. According to the invention, it is envisaged to achieve a more intense cooling of the flame and hence a lower nitrogen-oxide emission by means of a recess (25) in the pot shell (21) and by deflecting the flue gas out of the upper part of the deflection pot (2) to the beginnings of the channels (12) in the lower part. The invention further envisages blocking off the upper channels (121) by means of a lengthening (23) of the pot shell (21) reaching as far as the rear wall (36) in order to achieve an increased flow of the flue gas through the channels (12) situated in the lower part and thereby better heating of the colder water in the lower part of the water jacket (1). <IMAGE>
