The method is for constructing the Hangul image fonts by using the plotting mechanism. Each byte for Hangul phoneme images comprises 8- bit continuous structure consisting of 1-bit for data continuation or quit, 3-bit for 8-step carriage control, 1-bit for pen control, and 3-bit for assigning the position at one out of 8 directions so that the hangul has 7 patterns for typing.
