摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the stability to the heat energy of a thermal head and stable running properties without sticking, by a method wherein a heat-resistant slip layer has a skeleton of polyester and contains an electron-beam curing resin having a branched molecular structure with five or more functional groups and a lubricant as main components. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistant slip layer is formed by using a specific electron radiation curing resin (an acrylic modified polyurethane resin having a branched molecular structure with five or more functional groups) and a lubricant in combination. In this electron-beam curing acrylic modified polyurethane resin, a polyester part preferably has a molecular weight of 2,000-4,000 to obtain a flexibility and toughness required for the heat-resistant slip layer. This resin can take a favorable effect of accelerated curing, enhanced hardness, etc. by providing five or more, preferably 7-13, functional groups. As the lubricant, a surfactant or organic salt which is solid or semisolid at ordinary temperature is used. The electron-beam curing acrylic modified polyurethane resin and the lubricant are preferably compounded in the weight ratio of 9:1-6:4.
