PURPOSE:To improve the sharpness and the color reproducibility of a sensitive material by specifying the layer arrangement of an emulsion layer, and the compounding amount of a particle having a prescribed particle size, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Two or more kinds of silver halide emulsion layers having different color sensitivities respectively are mounted on the supporting body of the photosensitive material. One or more kinds of the emulsion layers having the same color sensitivity are composed of two or more kinds of the emulsion layers (A) having the different sensitivities respectively, and one or more kinds of the layers (A) have the higher sensitivity in the layer close to the supporting body than that in the layer far away from the supporting body. And, the particles having a sphere corresponding diameter of <=0.2mum are incorporated in one or more layers of the emulsion layers in an amount of >=10% of a coated silver contg. in the emulsion layer. And, the prescribed amount (for example >=90%) of the particle is incorporated in one or more layers except the layer having the max. sensitivity among each color sensitivity layers contg. in the emulsion layers. |
