Title compds. (I)≮R1, R2=methyl, ethyl; R4=(III); X=H, Br, Cl, etc.; Y=Cl, CN, F, etc.; n=0,1,2; R5=H, Cl; R6=H; R7=H, Cl, Br, acetoxy, benzoyloxy; R8=C1-6 alkyl, haloalkyl, phenylamino, phenoxy, etc.! were prepd. Thus, a mixt. contg. 0.065M N-(2chlorophenylmethyl)- hydroxylamine, 0.077M pyridine, and 80ml methylene chloride was treated with 20ml methylene chloride contg. 0.065M 3-chloro-2,3- dimethyl propionyl chloride to give 3.7g 3-chloro-N-(2-chlorophenyl) methyl-N-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylrpopane amide. |
