A corrugated pipe is formed by bending the flat long pipe between a punch assembly with convex shape heads and a die with concave shape grooves. Elbows are manufactured by cutting the corrugated pipe to the predecided size. The method effects mass production of elbows at the shorter time because of continuously performing the conventional two steps including cutting process and bending process.
